Lively Silky Lemon Tofu Pudding


  • (1) 10 Oz. Jar of Lemon Curg
  • (1) 12 Oz. Silken Firm Tofu Box
  • Garnish with Raspberries (Or Fruit of Choice)



  1. In a blender, add lemon curd and tofu. Blend until smooth.
  2. When ready to serve:
    1. Add lemon mixture to individual graham cracker shells.
    2. OR
    3. Layer in parfait glass with whipping cream or soy whip.
  3. Garnish with raspberries or fruit of choice.
